Sonny Rollins: In Japan (1973)

Hmm, let's see what AMG thinks:

A tremendous recording of a great Japanese concert! ~ Ron Wynn, All Music Guide

Well, that's good enough for me! All in all, I think Rollins' recordings from the early 70s are vastly underrated.

Hi Nunne,
I’ve linked to this page in my post of Sir Edward (Harold Vick) – “The Power Of Feeling” - (1973) - connection is drummer David lee. As part of the post I've also liked to Lonnie Smith's "Mamma Wailer" and Cannonball Adderley's "74 Miles Away".
All the Best,
Simon
